Karin Bianga was member of the management and an authorized signatory at the event catering business, Stockheim, from 2010 to 2017. During her time at Stockheim, she had the overall operational responsibility for the historic Düsseldorf venue, the Rheinterrasse, and for the catering business nationwide. Karin introduced new event formats at the Rheinterrasse and played the role of host at the venue. Before joining Stockheim, Karin spent five years in management positions for hotels and resorts group, Dorint Group. Karin graduated from the Business School for Hotel Business and Gastromony.

Hans-Joachim’s international career began as Director of Corporate Development at the Swiss logistics group Kuehne und Nagel International AG.
He was also previously Managing Director of LTU Airlines and Chairman of the Management Board of LTU Touristik GmbH & Co. KG.
After that, Hans-Joachim was spokesman for the management of the international multi-service provider Klüh-Gruppe, where he still sits on the advisory board. During that time, he was responsible for the group's successful international expansion into countries such as China, India and the United Arab Emirates, making Klüh-Gruppe one of the most important global players in its market sector.
After graduating in business management at the University of Siegen, Rüdiger Goll initially worked for the Volksbank Siegen as a credit officer. He then worked for the Bayerische Vereinsbank as a corporate customer adviser in the newly opened branch office in Düsseldorf. He advised both medium-sized companies and large international groups.
Rüdiger Goll then worked for BNP Paribas´corporate an institutional banking arm, where he was initially responsible for the support of domestic and foreign companies. He then built the Bank's German and international M&A business and later became Managing Director of the division. During this time, he carried out a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions.
In 1991 Rüdiger founded Goll Industrieconsult and has been the Managing Director of the company since then. He is also a co-founder of the international euroMerger Group.

Paul Broekhuijsen has been part of the advisory board of the Düsseldorf Business Club since February 2018, contributing his experience as an international business leader. Paul is currently the CEO of ND Group, a private equity and holding company based in the Netherlands and the main shareholder of the club.
Before joining ND Group, Paul served as CEO of Ecolog International, a Dubai-based integrated services company with clients including governments, defence and humanitarian organisations and commercial industrial clients, including in the Oil, Gas and Mining sectors. Paul also served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Vanderlande (2010 – 2015), a global market leader in logistic process automation solutions, and as CEO of Hertel (2011 – 2014), an international industrial services company working for customers in Oil & Gas, Process and Energy industries. He also previously served as Executive Board Member of TBI, a major Dutch construction and technical services group, and before that as President of the GEA Refrigeration Division, also known as Grasso’s Koninklijke Machinefabrieken.
